This special birth plate (stand not included) is made in the Netherlands with open locations for us to add the personalization information, here in Holland, Michigan, U.S.A..
After adding the information, it is finish-sprayed with a semi-permanent lacquer. The result is a much less-expensive gift, produced in a fraction of the time, than a gift personalized and finish-fired in the Netherlands.
The text is hand-painted onto the birth plate with blue paint, however the blue is slightly brighter than the delft blue colors themselves.
This beautiful birth plate is just over 6" in diameter.
